Bella Development Charity is a 501(c)(3) non profit and a CA Tax Exempt Corporation founded in 2010 to educate and raise awareness of local sustainable vernacular building traditions infused with technology and advanced research in developed and developing countries around the world.
We are currently developing Around the World Energy Producing Villages with Hotel, Residences, Biodynamic Farming and Schools for partnerships, sponsorship and investment opportunities.

+ Multiple subsequent visits to Hong Kong and Shenzhen totaling 8 weeks in 2008/2009.
